I have never dried Fava Dip before...
The menu describes this as “split pea custard” - but don’t let that put you off, it’s a paste - with red onions, capers, cherry tomatoes, garlic and black olives.
I enjoyed this a lot but with a consistency and texture similar to mashed potato, and salad-like presentation - I’d personally order this as a side dish rather than a dip.
