The only critique I have of this dish is that I wish it was a
bigger serving size! It was that yummy.
Potapas potato tortillas filled with nutrizo, black beans, sautéed spinach and avocado. The salsa and chipotle creama on the side really highlight all of the flavors in this dish, and bring the Spanish flavors home.
