Such an interesting fusion dish. I enjoyed the mushroom soup itself but imo didn’t go
that well with the udon noodles haha. Also compared to the laksa this was more on the bland side #veganisnotscary

Satisfying and tasty bowl of noodles. Soup was rich and delicious. I enjoyed slurping every

Found it really bland, could’ve definitely used more salt. Was also expecting a bit of
a meaty flavour from the mushrooms but that was lacking as well
