I don’t normally review coffee - I feel it’s a bit of a cop out
for a good review! However I had to do one for this chain.
Glass Coffee goes above and beyond with their efforts for sustainability and accountability. They not only track every been to its source and allow their customers to do so via QR code they also include bios of the farmers involved down to the very oat farmers in Ireland which go towards their house-made oat mylk.
It took them forever to produce this oat mylk because oats are typically mixed in the UK and don’t come from a single source. They partnered with this specific farm and its sustainable efforts.
Great ethos and great coffee - one to try!
