Another great #vegan sandwich from Ghostlight Coffee in #Dayton.đź“Ť This was my absolute favorite out
of everything I tried Saturday morning. It had so many delicious flavors, and this had my favorite vegan housemade chive #aioli sauce.
This had a thick piece #vegan egg (Frittata) baked with roasted red pepper and onion topped with a slice of melted #dairyfree vegan cheddar cheese. It was served on a small Ciabatta roll with fresh greens and pink pickled onions and, of course, chive aioli. This was fantastic. 10/10. There was a vegan upcharge (not a fan), so this sandwich was about $8. Again, it's not horribly expensive, but it's hard to tell in the photos, but serving sizes are a bit smaller. Again, the atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. It made for an overall great experience.
