This was a great breakfast sandwich at Ghostlight Coffee. Be warned there is a vegan
#upcharge. I thought it was $7.95, which is how it was listed on the menu board, but they added $1 for vegan cheese and added $1 for the #justegg, making it $9.95 as we saw on the receipt. This was even with it listed as "vegan breakfast sandwich" with all the vegan ingredients listed at $7.95, so that was a bit strange to me.
This sandwich had Just Egg, Impossible brand Chorizo, vegan #dairyfree cheddar, on a house-baked English muffin. The house-baked English muffin stole the show. It was absolutely delicious. I could seriously just eat those alone! I also really liked the vegan cheddar they use. It melted pretty great and had a nice flavor. The sandwich was also a decent size, a little small for $9.95. But overall I would recommend it. The employees were also super nice and helpful, which is always a plus.
