This #strawberry rhubarb 🍓 Ghost Tart was my favorite out of the two we tried
from Ghost Light on Saturday. This had more flavor in my opinion and I just loved the bright summery colors! The tart crust was flakey and buttery, and the matcha frosting was delicious. The inside was filled with delicious strawberry jam. They even decorated the top with a few pieces of dehydrated strawberry. I love the #vegan baked good options here and I would definitely recommend picking one up. They have great coffee and lattes with vegan mylk options that pair nicely! This was a decent value at $4.95. A tad steep compared to the prices at a local vegan bakery in Columbus. These are also baked in house!
