Earlier I had Thai Red Curry (Vegan) and love it! Asked for less rice. Tummy

rice was mushy, the curry is not spicy enough, it wasn't flavourful either. Wish it was better, I know this is more of like a western specialised food place but could have been better. The fried onions and the cilantro and chilli helped with adding to the flavour, truly the saviour of the dish, without it, I don't think I could have finish it. I didn't feel like I was eating Thai phanaeng curry at all, didn't have that Thai taste. Rice was really disappointing, when I look at the kitchen, I see Asian people but why? Why the rice so mushy?
A bit expensive, but normal for the neighborhood I guess...
a starter n desert too.

baby eggplants added to the texture. The spice in the red curry really bring out the best when you mix with their organic basmati rice. You must squeeze the lime into the curry which bring the taste to the next level.
It is pretty worth it and filling for a lunch deal together with their chia seeds vanilla coconut pudding 😉👍🏻
Will highly recommend this Thai Red Curry ☺️
ahaha) and it was still quite filling. the curry was sweet, mildly spicy, and overall very well-balanced. i love how the rice just soaks up all the flavour of the curry 🤤 also really enjoyed the crispy fried onions on top! only feedback is i wish they gave a bit more veggies, but apart from that super tasty dish 💛 i'd recommend this over the vegan fajitas actually.

yesterday’s horror was.. this is it 🤮 I think I’ve finally learned how not to make a #curry 😵💫 Singapore truly has taught me so much! #malaysianfood is just better, hands down 😗 Well actually.. today’s lunch is a 10/10, so we’ll see about that. This though, the curry was sweet! I really should’ve heeded @piggy-egg’s warning. Anyone that enjoyed this dish has incorrect taste buds and opinions; I’m no longer trusting anyone who rated this one highly, y’all wilding 💀💀 At S$18, this didn’t even come with any proteins! There were supposed to be button #mushrooms but they were in such an unnoticeable quantity they might as well be absent 😒 I’m pasting the ingredients off their menu below 👇
Coconut milk + capsicum + button mushrooms + australian eggplants + cherry tomatoes + carrot + baby corn + haricot fine beans + lime + fried shallots + red chilli + bean sprouts + coriander + organic basmati rice
Just as I’m reading this though, basmati rice? Really? The rice was overcooked and stale and the grains shorter than my temper for this kind of bs. 🙄 #veganisnotscary but when omni-vegan places like this try to represent, they just make us look bad. Pass, pass, puff piece of a meal 👎
was so sweet 😅 but my good friend said it was a bit spicy 🥵 hahaha!

Thai curry. I expected a normal amount of sweetness for coconut milk curry but this was extra sweet and sugary. But this was loaded with veggies so that helped a little bit 😃 #veganisnotscary #9090challenge #10
