I'm not sure you can call this a #palatecleanser, there was so much depth to
the flavour! 😋 You pull the mint leaves aside, slurp up the good stuff at the bottom, and look ahead to the remaining 10 courses to come 😁 The plating stole the show though, just look at that!
Gaa is a #finedining establishment set in a leafy part of Sukhumvit, with an elegantly minimalist and spacious dining room. Run by Garima Arora, a Michelin star holder while still in her 30s, it offers 13-course carnist and vegetarian tasting menus, the latter of which is veganisable upon request. The food is #indian in style but #thai in its use of ingredients. Dinner will set you back THB4,700 + 17% in taxes and service charge, but it'll be money well spent I promise 🥰
