The 13th and final course, just when you think you can't physically eat any more,
but good enough that you force yourself to anyway. The #pistachio #laddoo was superb, the other one (which I don't remember too well by now) less so. Then a creamy liquid to round off the night. I cannot emphasise enough what a beautiful experience this is 😋
Gaa is a #finedining establishment set in a leafy part of Sukhumvit, with an elegantly minimalist and spacious dining room. Run by Garima Arora, a Michelin star holder while still in her 30s, it offers 13-course carnist and vegetarian tasting menus, the latter of which is veganisable upon request. The food is #indian in style but #thai in its use of ingredients. Dinner will set you back THB4,700 + 17% in taxes and service charge, but it'll be money well spent I promise 🥰
