Hot & Sour style soup is my fav, especially on a cold day. This had

Was a tasty bowl of thick soup! Not the biggest bowl but pretty good as
a side shared between two people! Not that hot but lots of goodies inside :)
The soup is very appetising and not overly sour. The spice level is also quite
low so it's still manageable for those who can't really take spicy food. Contains mock prawns.
A satisfying and comforting soup to enjoy in the cool weather, with a sour tangy
kick that makes me want to order a bowl for myself next time!
It was indeed hot and sour. There is a layer of chilli oil on top
so rmbr to mix it well. Also I like it really sour so i added more vinegar.
Best to mix it before you dig into it so that you mix the oil
with the rest of the soup. Like the spice and the consistency
