Sweet Po Pea is a Cambodian treat that’s often found in street markets, wrapped with shredded young coconut, sesame seeds, crispy sugar, and served with coconut sorbet.
Everything just worked so well. From the toasted coconut to the crispy sugar and incredibly refreshing sorbet.
