Overall this was wonderful. It was very healthy but still felt like a treat. The
sourdough bread was the star of the show. The pesto was fresh and tasty. The sweet potato "cheese" wasn't super cheesy but still a nice spread. The salad was mostly beets and carrots with a bit of lettuce and a tasty dressing. I really enjoyed this! #veganisnotscary
