One thing I would do a ton for breakfast at BPlate is make these HUGE

fruit bowls with cinnamon and spreads on top. BPlate offers a pretty good fruit selection, allowing me to be a happy vegan enjoying my fruit bowls in the morning ☺️. I would always put bananas, apples, grapes, frozen blueberries, and frozen mangoes in my fruit bowls, and mixed with cinnamon and cacao butter, it was super good! If you decide to have a fruit breakfast though, make sure you have ENOUGH fruit so that it can keep you full. This breakfast was definitely satisfying for my sweet tooth!
