This is only available on Saturdays, so I came here specifically to get this. It
has a tofu “egg” patty, smoky maple tempeh strips, vegan cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup. I really like the tempeh flavour & it’s great how they fully melt the cheese on the grill before they assemble the burger. It’s filling and I’m happy I didn’t order a side with this 🍔
