This is part of this Christmas cookie box where $2 is donated to a women’s
charity. It’s definitely a cute cookie, and not only is it vegan, but it’s gluten-free and soy-free too. I liked it, but I honestly think I make better-tasting gingerbread! It just wasn’t spicy enough — it almost tasted like a brown sugar cookie.
