This dish was incredible!! Can’t wait to go back to Bar Verde for brunch and
get it again. Fluffy tofu scramble, fresh sautéed baby kale, and refried black beans between two tortillas and covered in a delicious red rancheros sauce. It came with a side of tasty home fries. It was a satisfying portion and a perfect meal to start the day. I love Bar Verde. #huevosrancheros
