Tofu Scramble

Absolutely one of my favorite vegan dishes in Pittsburgh. The latkes are perfectly crispy and

salty, the shiitake mushrooms are chewy and delicious, and the tofu scramble is incredible. Couldn’t recommend this dish enough. Comes with a small side of super spicy harissa sauce which is so good. You can buy it in tubs by the register. Highly recommend.
