This was impressively bland... 😕
I always hate giving even mildly negative reviews to all-vegan restaurants,
especially this one - the staff is incredible, the space is super cute, and they have great sustainability practices like giving you a discount if you bring your own containers. But I also don't want to be dishonest about the food!
I was raised on spam and sorely miss the disgusting little meat slabs, so I always try it whenever I find vegan spam in the wild. I've never been impressed by any alternative, and this wasn't any different, though it was extra disappointing by how empty this sandwich was. The slaw was fine, but that's about where it ended. 😬
