Chicken (Seitan) Fried Sandwich

Southern style seitan patty fried in batter and smothered in pepper gravy served on a

roll with greens. 100% plant-based ingredients. 

So good! I'd had the seitan dinner before but wanted to try it as a

sandwich and it was great. And the coleslaw was the perfect addition! Highly recommend

Very filling dish! I enjoyed very much! The slaw was the best.
