I didn’t have a lot of expectations because I don’t normally eat ramen (mostly because it’s hard to find a vegan one) but this one really ticked all the boxes: the noodles, more

Comes with brown rice, shredded carrot, coriander leaves, fried potato cubes, and some kind of kailan fried in sesame sauce. There are also lightly marinated cucumbers on the side.

The curry itself is sweet and sour, somewhat more

My last team lunch at abillion. Of course it was amazing, even though the tofu was burnt quite a bit.

Although I have no idea how a good Bun Cha should taste, I would say it is simple but delicious. The sweet and sour sauce adds a nice touch to the slightly burnt pieces of vegan pork and the bean sprouts.

Has anyone tried Broccoli Romanesco? It’s almost too beautiful to eat

Went there for the company lunch and honestly it’s probably the best vegan Japanese food I’ve ever tasted. The 🍱 is quite large and consists of:

- Miso soup: well balanced, not too salty and with precisely measured 3 cubes more

Never used, so pretty much brand new save for a couple of smudges

Doesn’t happen very often, but this time the falafel is better than it used to be: I remember it to be quite dry before. Also, don’t forget to ask the staff to add tahini—by default, they just remove the sour cream if you want it veganised
