This arrived as a free sample .. so ice was immediately added and the taste test began… it has a really fresh taste and no nasty artificial sweetener aftertaste.. so it’s a go from me .. 4 calories a can.

I love everything #cinnaholic except for this one… the blue coloring added a bitter taste to the normally sweet icing.. I mean I still ate every last crumb … but I will stay away from this blue icing in the future…

Another free sample from #kroger .. I liked this one a lot…. Had a bold flavor but not overpowering.. I am a #coffeelover for sure .. and free #coffee makes it all the better.
Perfect for #veganchili and many other dishes … sometimes you just need something easy to throw together.. I used the #simpletruth chili and tri beans along with the pre made #gardein

Everything vegan at Nellie’s Pizza is delicious.. we had a small vegan meet up there and everyone enjoyed everything.. and I’m not kidding … this place makes the best #veganpizza in the area and takes great care to have more
Well another suitcase goodies from London … I’m going to be so sad when I run out .. I have a few more things .. but realize now I need to invest in a much larger suitcase..
