This is probably the best cream cheese alternative I’ve had in South Africa. Similar in texture to Tofutti and with no weird aftertaste. Enjoyed it on a toasted bagel for breakfast this morning. #pigsnpaws

Had this with some fusilli pasta and vegan meatballs for supper last night. Quite tasty if a tiny bit acidic for my taste. Husband is a big fan of red sauce and he enjoyed it. #pigsnpaws

I think this is supposed to be some sort of feta cheese. It has that same texture and strange aftertaste of the macadamia cream cheese. Salty like feta but more squishy than crumbly. I will try baking it in some spinach more
