10/10 ! I thought I could make this myself, but mine never turns out as good as this. The jar is almost gone 24 hours later

One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! House-made biscuit with tofu scramble, cashew cheese, veggie sausage, tempeh bacon and hollandaise.

As my bad picture says, I’ve tried a lot of vegan mac and cheese, but nothing has beat this one.

Every Wednesday, Chef Todd at Gatsby’s comes up with an amazing special. They never disappoint. Gatsby’s also has a daily vegan menu, sometimes you have to ask for it.
