This is a very subtle dish with a mix of lightly sauteed veggies and fresh veggies. The hemp protein Falafel balls are incredible. The dish is very alive and nutritious.

daveoz Forgot to mention that the entire restaurant is refined sugar-free and gluten-free. Their tortillas are made from coconut flour. Many drinks are sweetened with dates.Reply

The beauty of the food served at the Raven's is that they limit every dish to 5 or so ingredients and it is "whole-food" and organic. And their Tamales are no different!There is almost no salt added and usually no oil. more
