Review of Carrot Cake at The Green Spot by samyuktakartik

Wasn't a huge fan of this cause I felt it was a bit too dry and bland for a carrot cake. It lacks the classic flavour and texture one would expect from a good carrot cake. The icing us nice, but the recipe for the cake needs more work.
