The cheese on this pizza is unbelievably delicious - it's made at thelivingfood (amazing health food store where they make their own cheese) and used at this restaurant just for this dish. It's what makes this pizza really special!! The pumpkin sausage tastes a lot like chicken. Overall a very enjoyable dish, especially when it's had with a nice drizzle of chilli oil.
