Review of Empanadas and Croquettes at Enjoy Vegan by samyuktakartik

The bite-sized croquettes are stuffed with mushrooms and vegetables, and the empanadas are classic spanish savoury pastries that are baked and also stuffed with vegetables. Served with hummus and/or vegannaise, this makes a great little snack for any time of the day. The only thing I dislike here is that they use a microwave to heat up the food.
