Review of Lasagne at Genesis Vegan Restaurant by consciouscookieee

This turned out to be really creamy, cheesy & tomatoey, and the crunchy salad greens & vegan mayo/sour cream side added another dimension to the dish :) If the crust was crisp it'd have been perfect; just imagine the combination of a cookie-like crunch & a soft, melty & yummilicious mess 😋
