Who says you can't enjoy creamy and cheesy dishes just because you decide to be

kind to cows by ditching dairy? This is PERFECT in baked dishes!!! I made baked pasta with these twice so far. It certainly gets it nice and cheesy! Though I need to figure out how to make it resemble baked pasta dishes outside more with the creamy filling and better cheese coverage. Not really stringy like dairy mozzarella but the second attempt with the tomatoes it was creamier as I mixed some cheese into the pasta before baking and also used vegan butter. This also tastes great on it's own without baking! More recipes and recommendations on what to do with this cheese welcome! #veganheaven 🧀💛
