creamy curry mushrooms with some bok choy and rice! the mushroom

cream sauce was like a mix between mushroom alfredo and curry, a little strange but I did enjoy it! came super hot and so really really warm and comforting. lots of chestnut mushrooms but could be more generous with the bok choy which were very meh but at least soft! rice was alright too nothing special. they also gave a little cup of soymilk for tea! a happy meal:D

breakfast - congee with youtiao and peanuts! didn’t take the bread bc I didn’t want

it. BUT MMMM this was very yums, congee was the right amount of saltiness and it was very creamy I loved it. youtiao wasn’t crispy kinda meh but added nice texture difference! the peanuts weren’t braised and were a little hard but overall I liked this bc it was so comforting and warm

Giving this 1.5 ⭐️ which is a huge improvement for #singaporeairlines. The vegan meal is

so bad that this time I tried the “vegetarian oriental” meal which is really vegan but they don’t call it that. The veggies were crisp and rice 🍚 pretty good too. Not much in terms of taste except for the carrot 🥕 slaw which was the highlight of the meal. Overall the Japanese airlines like #ana really know what they’re doing.

dinner - fried(?) rice with beancurd and vegetables + vanilla soy pudding. the rice was

so mushy and wet idk if it was supposed to be fried? very little vegetables in it too meh. the veggies were also limp and sad and pretty bland. silken tofu was also bland. this was a bad meal >:( BUT the vanilla soy pudding was very good. slightly sweet with like a tinge of soy taste, really nice and smooth as well. could’ve more fruits tho!

breakfast/dinner:
char kway teow with tofu! the tofu is really… straight up bland HAHAHA but the

noodles were not bad, slightly sweet but zero wok hei of course. portion is very very small but good for me bc I wasn’t hungry! the chocolate pudding though omg… have to create a separate review for that THANK YOU SQ FOR INTRODUCING IT TO ME😭 so so good. bun as usual very dry and sad but o wells I don’t expect much from it
