Being a bit of a chocolate aficionado myself, I try to buy chocolate that doesn’t have soy lecithin in it, which is basically just an emulsifier that adds volume and makes it cheaper to make by using less chocolate, however, I’m willing to make an exception when the chocolate is fair trade and a portion of the profits goes to worthy causes. I would definitely recommend trying this chocolate.
