Personally not a fan of omnipork but this dish does it write. Could see myself

finishing the whole plate!

I loved these omnipork dumplings! They tasted just as authentic as a meat dumpling, dumpling

wrap was perfect, not too think and not too thin. The spicy vinegar sauce added a nice kick.


Had to zoom all the way into this beautifully made dumpling to give you guys

a taste too šŸ˜ This has #omnipork which is plant-based pork made by our friends at #greenmonday in Hong Kong. I have no idea if this tastes like pork but overall it was a really well made dumpling with lots of texture and flavors. Honestly anything #sichuan and Iā€™m sold! šŸ·


The chestnut bits bring me so much nostalgiaāœØ Great balance of the skin and #omnipork

filling for the dumplings. I think I prefer this to the #impossible gyoza because this is steamed šŸ„Ÿ

These were too spicy for me to really enjoy but otherwise I think I wouldā€™ve

These dumplings are out of this world delicious! Spicy, juicy and so gorgeous to look

at as well! There hasnā€™t been a time I ate at this restaurant without ordering them. Must have!

Am definitely ordering a plate just for myself the next time I'm here. Omnipork filling

mixed with cabbage had the right balance of meaty bite and crunch. Soft delicate dumpling skin is the perfect thickness. Tasted so heavenly dipped in the chilli oil, vinegar and ginger slices šŸ¤©


Honestly if you live in Singapore and want to eat good vegan food and havenā€™t

been to Empress - what are you waiting for? Itā€™s a great place for veganized versions of classic Chinese dishes just like this dish. The omnipork is SOOO good in this and honestly think itā€™s a game changer in the F&B industry. Itā€™s also seasoned in classic Sichuan spicyness šŸŒ¶
