Very yummy with a great combination of flavours. It comes unmixed, so on one hand
you have to do a bit of work to mix up your own noodles, but on the other, you get to choose what you want more or less of. The noodles are handmade and chewy - very nice. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of how it was served, only managed to remember once I had mixed my noodles up. Definitely has very little nutritional value as it is comprised mainly of sauce and noodles, but you do get a little shredded carrot, cucumber, chilli, crushed nuts and picked vegetable.
