šŸ’Ÿ Have you ever wonder why this dish is named "Buddha bowl"? This overstuffed bowl

of all the goodness resembles the bowl of the Buddha stuffed with all the food offerings. Using one word to describe this dish, I would say "ABUNDANCE"! I believe many of us have tried this dish. It is a balanced diet with nutritious ingredients such as quinoa, cauliflower, tofu, edamame, mushrooms, chickpeas, tomatoes, beetroot hummus, etc. The rainbow color of this dish captures our eyes quickly. It is just love at first sight. šŸ˜ #sgveganrestaurants #veganrestaurant #vegansingapore #sgfavourites #asiafav #veganfood #vegan #veganism #whatveganseat #govegan #feature #comfortfood #buddhabowl

I go back for this dish every time. It has everything I am looking for

in terms of flavour, satiety (you won't not feel full from this, ever), colour, instagrammability & abv-igility ;), and nutrition. The pink blob in the middle is their beetroot hummus! My favourite!! #crf

a colourful and healthy bowl of goodness! (clockwise from top) sauteed mushrooms have a great

earthy flavour. turmeric cauliflower was a bit limp but nicely seasoned, not too salty and the turmeric wasn't overpowering. quinoa was unseasoned and pretty normal. tofu was a good balance between sweet and salty. edamame and chickpeas were plain and unseasoned which may not be for everyone esp if you don't like beans but I DOOOO so i enjoyed them. cherry tomatoes were plump and sweet. this usually comes with roasted sweet potatoes but i hate sweet potatoes (sorry @ sweet potato lovers) so i asked for a double portion of cauliflower. they give you a giant dollop of beetroot hummus which was a bit sweeter than i expected but very creamy and yummy nonetheless. only downside is that it's a tad pricey (about $10+ if i remember correctly) so i would eat this once in a while. #crf

Just look at the pop of colour there! That was probably the best thing about

the dish. The taste was alright. Nothing in particular stood out for me but this sure was a healthy bowl that I'll be happy to dig in. [Date of visit:Ā 2019]

Ingredients: Roasted vegetables, quinoa, edamame, chickpea, purple slaw, tomato, turmeric cauliflower, marinated tofu & beetroot hummus.

$10.90! omg I havenā€™t been to soul alife in so long and finally returned for

my birthdayšŸ„ŗ I remember loving this the last time and i still do! every single component was well done and went very well together. although the chickpeas were a little hard and tasteless tho! I loved the lightly seasoned mushrooms and cauliflower hehe. the beetroot hummus was also a really good ā€œsauceā€ to tie everything together. didnā€™t have the strong earthy beetroot taste that my friend and I typically donā€™t like! quite filling too! enjoyed this hehe #veganuary

The Buddha Bowl is an extremely nutritious meal that provides a great deal of micronutrients

with the various colors in the bowl. The Beetroot Hummus is incredibly delicious and goes really well with the quinoa. If there was a way to add more plant based protein and greens such as baby spinach to the bowl, it would make it a lot more filling.

the beetroot hummus was delicious - i def wish there was more of this. quinoa

is bland, could do with some seasoning. personally like my cauliflower softer than crunchy, the ones in the bowl have a curry-like seasoning, slightly crunchy, without being salty. itā€™s a good mix of vegetables and as others have said, a colourful dish. portion is ok, maybe a little small if youā€™re really hungry. but itā€™s something i def would order again!
